We also collect usage data automatically, including quiz results, study progress, streaks, flashcard performance, and time spent studying, in order to power your dashboard and progress tracking.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments). We do not store your full card details on our servers — payment processing is handled entirely by our payment partner.
We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, track your study progress, personalize recommendations, send optional progress report emails, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Some features (AI Tutor, study guide generation, support chat) send your questions and relevant study content to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal information you wouldn't want processed by an AI model.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password for your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
