By accessing or using Badge-Prep ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Badge-Prep is an independent study aid for law enforcement, corrections, and security officer exam preparation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), any state licensing board, or any academy. Quiz content, "Deep Dive" study guides, flashcards, and AI Tutor responses are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on supplied course material. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify critical legal or procedural information against your official course materials and instructors before relying on it for exams, certification, or on-the-job decisions.
Paid plans (Standard, Mastery Pro) renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. One-time add-ons (e.g. SOCE Final Sprint) are billed once. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, exam results, or performance in quizzes or tests. The only exception is a verified technical error on our end that prevented you from accessing content you paid for — in that case, contact support and we will investigate and correct the issue.
Referral discounts and credits are provided at our discretion, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and are void where prohibited or in cases of abuse (e.g. self-referrals, fraudulent accounts).
You agree not to share your account, redistribute or resell Platform content, or attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the study materials, quiz banks, or software.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any exam outcome, certification result, employment decision, or damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
